Processing time
Every sweater is printed and finished after you order. Orders are dispatched within 7 days of purchase.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3 weeks of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods such as the weeks before Christmas, so we recommend ordering early.
Shipping cost
- Flat rate: A$9.99 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of A$100 or more.
The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship across Australia and to selected international destinations, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected countries in Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Available destinations are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email info@jingroo.com as soon as possible.
