Is this a real knitted wool jumper?
No — and we want to be upfront about it. Our sweaters are made from a coarse-gauge, brushed knit fabric with the design printed edge-to-edge using dye-sublimation. They have the chunky texture and cosy brushed feel of a classic Christmas jumper, but the pattern is printed onto the fabric rather than knitted from individual coloured yarns. The upside: crisp, bold artwork that won't pill, crack or fade.
How warm are they?
Comfortably warm without being bulky. The brushed inner surface traps heat nicely, while the fabric stays breathable — ideal for Christmas parties, Aussie winter evenings or a chilly Christmas trip overseas.
How do I wash my sweater?
Turn it inside out and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Line or flat dry in the shade. Don't tumble dry, bleach or iron the print.
Sizing
How do the sweaters fit?
They're a unisex, relaxed fit with ribbed cuffs and hem. Check the size chart in the product photos — measure a sweater you already love and compare the chest width. Between sizes? Size up for a roomier, more traditional ugly-sweater look.
Which sizes do you offer?
S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Every product page includes the full size chart in centimetres and inches.
Orders & delivery
Are your sweaters made to order?
Yes. Each sweater is printed and finished after you order, which keeps waste down and lets us offer hundreds of designs. Please allow extra production time, especially in the busy weeks before Christmas.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Australia and to selected countries worldwide, with tracking. Orders are dispatched within 7 days and usually arrive within 3 weeks. Shipping is a flat A$9.99 — free on orders over A$100.
Can I return or exchange?
If your sweater arrives misprinted, damaged or you received the wrong item, email info@jingroo.com within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See Returns & Refunds for details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
